phlcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlcash account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phlcash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

When material changes are made, phlcash will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
